Kung Fu Classes for All Skill Levels

​Our inclusive classes are open to anyone who wants to learn Choy Lee Fut kung fu. Regardless of your skill level, physical ability, gender, or background, you’ll be joining a supportive lineage of students and mentors who grow together.

Kung Fu Classes for Kids

​Let your child develop confidence and discipline while connecting to traditional Chinese culture. Our instructors have years of experience working with children and strive to teach kids basic life skills and have fun while doing it.

​Demonstrations, Performances, and Workshops

Chau Luen Athletics students have won numerous competitions, tournaments, and awards, and can perform an exciting show using kung fu weapons that you may have only ever seen in movies. Our instructors can also be booked to teach workshops for community events, schools, or corporate team-building activities. This makes for an engaging, practical, and fun introduction to martial arts and Chinese culture.
